Google Ads spend is paid by you directly to Google and is not part of the $350 per month. We work with a minimum ad spend of $1,000 per month.

Every monthly includes hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring.
Setup fee paid in full to start. The monthly begins when your site goes live.
A content change means changing text, swapping photos, or updating prices, hours, contact details or service areas, on pages that already exist. New pages, new sections, layout or structure changes, new functionality and rebuilds are quoted separately. Unused changes do not roll over.

Setup fee
One payment, in full. That is when the build starts.
Build
Two to three weeks, depending on how fast your details come back.
Live, then looked after
The monthly starts the day the site goes live.
Who builds it
One person, Sydney based, from the tools. Most trade and service websites are built by people who have never worked a day on site. Yours would not be.
Questions
Two to three weeks from the setup fee, depending on how fast photos and details come back.
Your logo if you have one, some photos of your work, and your service areas. If you do not have photos, that gets sorted during the build.
Your domain is yours and your photos and content are yours. The site itself stays with Torek and the monthly is what keeps it running. If you ever want to own the build outright, ask and I will quote it.
The site stays up for two weeks, then comes down. Your domain stays yours and you can point it anywhere. Anything you gave me gets sent back.
The number of changes included each month depends on your package. Have a look at what is listed under each one above. Anything bigger than a content change gets quoted before it starts.
